Anything: Headaches can come from fatigue, sleeping too much or too little, eye strain, sleep apnea, snoring, being dehydrated, having chronic sinusitis or allergies, too much caffeine or over the counter headache medication, high blood pressure or something more serious like a tumor. See your doctor and get checked.

really severe cramps in my lower right side on and off for three days that feel like menstrual cramps but are not. should i be worried?

It may be : A uti, it may be an ovarian cyst,  constipation or in a bad case scenario a pregnancy in the tube.  Get a upt and make sure that's not it.  Otherwise make an appt this week, if pos get in asap.

i have tons of gas-burping mostly. but no heartburn, just pain on my left side for three days. help?

Gassy burping : Most gas-burping are benign and self-limiting, rarely requiring medical attention. However, various organic and psychogenic causes can lead to persistent, intractable burping that can last for years. We have posted treatments for gassy stomachs before here. Eat slowly, chew food. Avoid soda and gas producing foods ( dairies, vetetables, fatty food or anything with fiber).

i hurt my ribs on right side three days ago then as i'm rolling over in bed a hear a pop them extreme pain from the ribs and now it's numb from under my breast around to my back. is the numbness a more serious issue? what do i do?

Rib pain: Sounds like a rib fracture with subsequent pressure and irritation of the intercostal nerve. Firstly get an x-ray to see if rib is fractured. As long as there is no pneumothorax then treatment is conservative and may include an intercostal nerve block

i had my gallbatter removed three days ago. i am feeling the same awful pain as before the surgery, but its on the left side and in my back. why?

See your doctor...: If you are having severe pain after surgery you need to see your surgeon to figure out what is going on.  

During a laparoscopic removal of the gallbladder the abdomen is  filled with gas and this can cause shoulder and back pain  post-operatively.  But this pain could also be a sign of pancreatitis.

i have a very sharp severe pain on my righten side if the head. when i lay down on the bed it gets better but immediately when i get up its worsens. ive been experiencing this for the last three days.

any idea what could me the problem?

Head pains: This positional symptom may be caused by an impingement of the occipital nerve which emanates at the base of the skull, runs up the scalp behind the ear and all the way to the side of the forehead. The pinching of the nerve can be caused from arthritic spurs in the neck or from very tense neck muscles. An anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen may help. Apply warm and cold. See MD as needed.
