Needs to be checked: Pain in right side of chest can be from 1conditions in chest wall like trauma, inflammation in bones or muscles like costocondritis or intercostal neuritis 2from lungs and pleura like pleurisy, pneumonia, cancer, pulmonary embolus 3rarely referred pain frm heart due to angina;mi 4gastro esophageal reflux disease;esophagitis 5gall bladder conditions so get it checked.
