pain in leg for weeks now there is a hard purple pea sized lump on front of knee with redness. negative us and d dimer. could it still be dvt?

NO: DVT as a rule do not occur on the front of the leg. This pea sized area could be a small node if located on the front of the leg. If there is pain and redness it needs treatment ans see your doctor. If over the knee cap itself it could be a case of bursitis. Please see your doctor soon and do not open this up or manipulate this.

i have a lump on back of my wrist that changes in size daily. also weakness in that hand, occasional shooting pain in forearm. what could this be?

Ganglion Cyst: This lump could be a cyst.  These can be surgical removed.  Draining is difficult and will only provide temporary relief.  Discuss with you doc or see a hand surgeon.

i have what seems to be a lump on my belly near my abdomen, it's getting bigger and i have sharp shooting pains in it regularly, should i be worried?

Worry about Lump?: Pain is concerning, especially if you are having difficulty breathing. First, i would have an ekg done by your pcp. If it is negative, perhaps a ct scan of the abdomen would be in order.

Maybe: More than one thing going on. The right groin tender lump may be a hernia & warrants an evaluation with your doctor. The lower back pains may be something else like a muscle or nerve discomfort & likely unrelated to your groin lump. See a doctor for an examination.

Conatipation: Many causes. Low potassium dehydration high calcium opioid pain medication. Would try fiber based laxative ie metamucil daily increase fluid intake. If no improvement see physician.

Get examined-asap: never ignore any lumps of bumps in the armpit ( axillary) area, especially, if close to the breast.

Vaginal issues: Without an examination there are a number of things that this could be. However a common cause of a lump in the genital region would be a swollen lymph node. This is essentially a place in  the body where an infection is being fought of. It would be a good idea to get checked out by your primary care physician to better help determine what the cause of the lump is.

Lump: This could be a angiolipoma-a tumor made out of fat and blood vessels. You need a biopsy to find out the cause.

Cyst or a lipoma: I can't possibly tell you for sure without seeing or examining your bump, but the most common causes would be a cyst or a lipoma (a benign growth of fat cells). However, it is also possible to have skin cancer below the surface of your skin. You should see you dermatologist for an evaluation and possibly a biopsy.
