i have hashimoto thyroidism, pituitary tumor, seizures, lesion on my brain and had multiple concussions. my calves are hurting bad what could this be?

Wow- a lot!: This can either be as simple as muscular if you have had any changes in excercise or even trauma (fall, seizure). Or it can be neurological, neuropathic pain due to your comorbidities or even the brain lesion. Or vascular such as a DVT or blood clot in your veins. I would recommend that you get evaluated at your earliest convenience.

my antithyroglubin level is 4674 while all other thyroid test are normal. only symptom i have is fatigue . does this mean i have hashimoto?

: Likely you have autoimmune thyroid disease such as Hashimoto but you do not have full blown hypothyroidism yet; however, it put you at risk for this condition in later years. In addition, thyroglobulin antibody could be high in some other conditions as well, not 100% specific for only thyroid disease.

Probabl: Hashimoto's is something your doctor can say you have or do not have. IT IS AN AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE that can effect thyroid function. People with Hashimoto's are at significant increased risk of other autoimmune diseases.  If there is any concern the wrist pain is autoimmune a work-up should be done! Don't panic! Autoimmune risk low in general and increased risk of a low risk is still low!

i had a tsh of 24. no other thyroid lab tests done at the time. been taking eltroxin for 5 yrs and tsh is normal. how know if hashimotos or just hypo?

Thyroid Antibody: studies should tell you if Hashimoto's Thyroiditis or simple hypothyroidism.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, Hashimoto or not, you have thyroid hormone deficiency and need thyroid medication. See your doctor as you would need a prescription.   Wish you good health!

: More data is needed. Are you taking thyroid hormone replacement? What is the T4 level and what is the the lab range for that test?

Huh?: I am having trouble understanding the question.  High TSH would be an "abnormal" thyroid test and would indicate that hashimoto's is not in remission. This could cause your symptoms.  If your TSH is normal i would suggest a visit to the doctor for evaluation as rapid weight loss or accelerating wt loss is not generally a good thing.
