Not yet: This isn't necessarily a worrisome event unless it occurs repeatedly. It could be caused by food intolerance, irritable bowel, or even infection such as viral enteritis. The yellow feces and seepage is caused by rapid transit through the gi tract. Kaopectate (kaolin and pectin) helps. The loose stools should resolve promptly. If not discuss this with your physician.

typical: Your sx are fairly typical of issues in your stomach : gastritis, peptic ulcer, non-ulcer dyspepsia. There are many otc treatments but if they don't help. You should be evaluated.

It's all in the diet: If you search you can find checklists for dealing with this condition, which is called flatulence.  Basically, any food that is difficult to digest, like beans, cabbage family, nuts, can cause gas as can drinking any beverage that has bubbles, chewing gum, or smoking.  Change your diet first.  If this doesn't help, consider taking probiotics, using Simethicone or activated charcoal.

Exam: get examined to determined the cause of the gas accumulation. Get an abdominal ultrasound and also use  simethicone ( Gas-X or Phazyme 125) tablets or Beano to reduce symptoms until seen and evaluated

Excess gas: Excess gas can be the result of many things; gall bladder disease, malabsorption,  celiac disease to list only a few things. It is most directly caused by bacterial working on poorly digested food or swallowed air. Why the food may be undigested is a larger question. See your doctor

Have : Have you tried an over the counter anti-gas medication like gas-x or beano. If not, this may help. In additon, please note that a common cause of gas and bloating is lactose intolerance(inablility to digest dairy products). I recommend eliminating dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheese etc.) for 2 weeks and monitor for improvement. Please see your doctor if the problem persists.

Need to examine: Not passing gas is probably not real, because, if real, it would have caused you to have a huge belly. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.

Not sure: Have you had a gastric emptying study? If you have a slow to empty stomach, this can often have these symptoms. Patients with severe gerd often swallow a lot of air. This distension will feel better when released. Otherwise, it may be irritable bowel syndrome. See a GI doctor.
