It's all in the diet: If you search you can find checklists for dealing with this condition, which is called flatulence. Basically, any food that is difficult to digest, like beans, cabbage family, nuts, can cause gas as can drinking any beverage that has bubbles, chewing gum, or smoking. Change your diet first. If this doesn't help, consider taking probiotics, using Simethicone or activated charcoal.
