Like acne?: Lipomas can be popped out of a surgical opening or incision in the skin, usually followed by stitches. I'd recommend local anesthetic beforehand.

See md: It is probably infected and needs antibiotics and then can be removed surgically with a small scar. Do not pop it again.

Stop trying to pop: Lipomas have to be surgically removed. Lipomas cannot be "popped". Trying to do so will only irritate it.
