Corn: It seems that at minimal you have a corn.
You need to wear shoes that don't rub on the toe and need to see a podiatrist to treat the underlying problem.

little toe - pain anytime i wear shoes(sneakers, etc.) hard skin (corn) but pain all the time unless i am not wearing shoes.  what can be done?

Avoid pressure to it: This is very common. The little toe is rubbing the side/end of the shoe and becomes sore. There can be a callous or corn and sometimes a pad will help. Sometimes there is a underlying bone spur to the area and surgery can remove it. Sometimes just changing the shoe choice will resolve the problem. If the pad and shoe choice do not help see a podiatrist.

both of my second toes always have thick hard skin on the sides and tip of my toenails. sometimes the skin is itchy or hurts. what could it be?

Play sport?: If you play sports or your second  toe is longer than your first that may be the reason.

Much easier: To diagnose with a picture you may be referring to hard and soft corns....which occur over bony prominences if that's what it is. If there is a hole though that is a potential problem and you should seek out treatment with a foot doctor.

See a podiatrist: Urea 40% cream or Ammonium Lactate Cream are both very good at softening painful corns and callouses.  These can be found over the counter, although it's usually easier to get a prescription.  They don't necessarily remove the corns, because they are caused by pressure.  Pumice stone and offloading the area with orthotics or wider shoes help. Surgical correction is also sometimes necessary.

i have a crater like bump on foot and hurts when walking, ive had it for a few days. tried to get rid of it using nail clippers but only got hard skin?

Bump on foot: It's likely a corn or callous.  Please see a foot doctor.  He/she will diagnose and remove if needed.  Peace and good health.

i have always been able to remove my ingrown nail from under the skin on my toe and it would be fine, for a while. yesterday i tried to do this, but i think that there is still some nail under the skin. my toe hurts and is irritated. what can i do?

Big toe: If you have a lot of skin there, it could be a pressure point from you're gait.  Paring this down with an insert is appropriate.  That being said if it has a seedy appearance and bleeds very easily, it could be a wart.  Check with a podiatrist for further care.

Removal, antibiotics: It sounds like you have an ingrown nail, and if it's infected, you'll likely need antibiotics, possibly a nail procedure. Just the painful border can be removed, or the entire nail if necessary (you're numbed up for this, don't worry!). While waiting to see your doctor, soak the toe 10 min/day in luke warm water and epsom salts, use a small amount of antibiotic ointment, and cover with a bandaid.
