Lump on jaw: Possibly but unlikely - usually wisdom teeth come out intact - and any bony fragments are going to be large -  is it on the jawbone?    Usually parotid gland stones move with the parotid gland.  If its on the jawbone - probably should get it checked out.

Blocked gland?: A sebaceous cyst is a collection of oily fluid that occurs when an oil gland is blocked.  Some folks are more prone to them than other and they often appear on the neck, shoulders, and back.  Try to avoid skin products that are oily.  I would also stay away from transfats and bad oils, which is good for overall health. Doc can diagnose and if that's the case, remove it.  Peace and good health.

found a new semi-hard, painless small lump under the skin below the ear, behind the jaw bone. had blood tests which were normal, and the lump is hidden unless when pulling the skin back. would ultrasound rule out cancer, or a different test?

Yes: It seems you have an otitis externa (infection of ear canal).  Check with your doctor.

Yes: Get checked.  It could be infection but it could be something more serious like a tumor.  If there is a mass that persists a few weeks with no symptoms and for no reason, it may need a scan and/or a biopsy.  This is especially the case if there is a history of smoking and drinking or skin cancers for this part of the body.
