i have a really hard lump on the top of my head right above my forehead its flat on each sides of it but sticks up pretty high what could this be? and

For how long?: If all your life, it is probably a bony birth defect, not important.  
If recent, and if tender, probably a cyst or possibly a pimple or abscess. 
Try applying hot compress 3-4 times daily and see if it goes away.

i have a small lump in my forehead, it's hard and feels like it's on a nerve because when i press on it and try to move it sometimes, i get a shooting pain through my head. headaches occur sometimes too

Have it checked out!: There are plenty of nerves on the face compared to the rest of the body. So anytime there's a lump, bump, acne, scrape, or lesion, it's painful! So, best to have it checked out by your doctor to physically examine it, and see if it needs further investigation or imaging. The forehead has a lot of nerves there, so the bump is just intensifying it more. It may go away on it's own too. See your DR!

developed a penny sized lump under the skin on the forehead about 2 days ago. initially thought it was a spot, but it hasn't developed anything above the skin, meaning i cant pop it etc. a bit hard, tender to touch, skin is read around area?

about 10 yrs ago i was at my brothers and tripped over a garage step and hit my head hard, could that be the reason why im getting constant headaches today?or is it cause of a lump i have on top of the left side of my forehead? im getting it checked?

: 10 years is a rather long time but dose not exclude a contained sub-dural bleed that can be the cause of the headache. Also the fall may have aggravated your upper cervical spine causing headaches as well. The bump that you have should cause localized headache. I am glad that you are getting this checked out

Dog dander: It is possible you may have gotten your dogs dander into your eyes . It may have affected your nose and sinuses as well, causing a headache.

ONE possibility: is a sebaceous cyst.  Please have your doctor look at it.  If it is, it can either be lived w/or removed easily.  Peace and good health.  These are common on head, neck, and shoulders.

Boil: The firm lump may be residual fibrosis after the infection drained. If this is so, gradual retraction of the tissue occurs for weeks and eventual shrinkage of the lump should occur. If residual infection is present, the area will be reddened and tender and warm compresses should continue.

Forehead Lump: Tough to say what that may be "over the computer" without examining it.  The fact that you can feel your heart beat would point towards it being vascular in nature, but as stated, you would be best served by seeing a Doctor to get an official evaluation, so a definitive diagnosis can be made and any treatment would follow. Hard lumps on head : It could be a few different things but folliculitis comes to mind, which is like acne involving the hair follicle.  But with examination or a picture it's hard to say.  Please get it checked out.

Sebacous cyst: Yes it is what we called sebaceous cyst which is a oil gland cyst leave it alone try not to squeezed it other wise might get infected
