Congestion: sinusitis which probably does not need treatment unless a fever is present. Afrin nasal spray.

Have it looked at: Perhaps it's due to a sinus infection or even migraine but I'm concerned that it's so centered around the eye including the eyelid.  Please see your doctor to rule out infection.

Headache: Hi, is this a new headache or you have a recurrent headache like that? Do you have any change in your vision? What kind of pain do you have, a pressure like pain or throbbing? Any dizziness, nausea or vomiting? 
The possible causes are Tension headache (most likely), sinus pain (2nd most likely), migraine headache (less likely), please see a provider for further evaluation, Best of luck.

Ocular Migraine: is very common. Pain behind or near the eye on one side of the head or the other is another mark of a migraine. Once a diagnosis of migraine, effective management of migraine involves three specific strategies: 1) patient education, 2) non-pharmacological management (e.g. acupuncture), and 3) pharmacological (medical) management. See an orofacial pain or headache specialist.

Not ok: Tthat can be signs of a serious infection (cellulitis) that requires prompt medical evaluation.

Not : Not enough information without an exam to fully answer your question.  What do you mean that your sinuses are "free"?  Do you have nasal congestion?  Did you have an injury to your nose?  Are your eyes involved in any way?

There are multiple sinuses in your skull, above the nose and eyes, below the eyes, and between the eyes.  They all drain into the nose. Any one or more of these sinuses can be affected with either sinusitis or an infection leading to pain and tenderness to touch.

I recommend that you schedule an appointment with your physician for evaluation.

Mask: Does the mask have an internal metal nose bridge? Is the mask overly tight?  Do all symptoms dissipated once mask is removed?  There are a number of different mask designs. Would suggest trying different style to see if that alleviates pressure. I have been experimenting with making different variations on mask designs &amp; it can make a big difference.
