May need stitches.: A baby's head is large compared to its body, so falls commonly result in minor head trauma. Most falls don't require intervention, but if your child is bleeding, the wound should be examined to see if stitches are required. Besides bleeding, a head injury that causes loss of consciousness, vomiting, unequal pupils, loss of balance, or unusual behavior, also requires a visit to the pediatrician.

See your doctor: This problem can only be solved by seeing your doctor and being evaluated face-to-face.  After a thorough examination, your doctor should be able to tell you what's wrong and what to do about it.

See PCP.: It could be an infected sebaceous gland. Have your pcp take a look and if needed get a biopsy. It doesn't sound like anything serious, but it would make you feel better to have it checked.

Get it seen: I'm betting on a lipoma or an epidermoid includion ("sebaceous") cyst. You'll probably want to go in together and get it seen; if the clinical diagnosis is benign, and you are asked to decide whether to have it excised, it's a decision to make as a couple.

Nope.: Sounds like a trichilemmal cyst.  Benign. Can be removed easily if necessary.

Several: Sebaceous cyst-like a big zit that does not empty.
Have someone look art it.Usually has a small puncta- orifice that may drain.
If no puncta may be fibroma or neurofibromas or lipoma.
There are a lot of other possibles, but at your age these are more common.

Tender scalp bump: Greatest likelihood is some sort of infectious process, such as a pimple or cellulitis, but there are other possibilities.  See your doctor for a hands-on exam so the problem can be diagnosed accurately and treated properly.

Temple trauma: The temple is a sensitive area go to ER to be evaluated. Could be falls, hitting objects, .Go to ER as soon as possible

how long have you had it, if its hard and been there for long , its probably bony protuberance. if its painful, it can be shaved surgically. I would suggest seeing a doctor so they can examine and confirm
