No thanks necessary.: Cannot  say much....dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. and hemorrhoids, infections, warts and cancers can all start like this.

Hemorrhoids : you are describing a thrombosed hemorrhoid. These are very common. You treat it like a regular hemorrhoid unless it is seriously painful. There is a surgical procedure to cut out the clot that is making it hard, but the procedure can cause a significant amount of pain and does not always relieve all of the symptoms.

: From your description the likeliest thing would be local swelling and feces. Your other symptoms are from the upper GI tract and not related to anal sex. Pl see your doc.

Cyst: Most likely an inclusion or sebaceous cyst. These are benign cyst that contain a white sebaceous material similar to that of a black head. These can become infected and present as painful lumps much like the cyst in this picture. Often times gentle pressure may express the material. If the lump is enlarging or becoming tender, have it evaluated.

Infected hemorrhoid?: It is  hard to tell without a direct examination but what you described appeared to be an infected hemorrhoid which tends to be aggravated by frequent constipation.

Hemorrhoid.: What you are describing is a hemorrhoid, which can certainly form due to straining.  If your stools are hard, you need to increase fiber and water intake, and perhaps even take some stool softners to prevent having to strain.  Otherwise, you will end up with more hemorrhoids.

Sounds like Internal: Hemorrhoids. Have it checked out by your local surgeon or the GI doc to confirm the dx. It might need to be biopsied for making correct dx.
