Sounds like Internal: Hemorrhoids. Have it checked out by your local surgeon or the GI doc to confirm the dx. It might need to be biopsied for making correct dx.

I can feel a small lump that seems to be a bit less than 1cm by 1cm, just under the skin, a little hard, in my asscrack very close to the anus. there is no pain or anything, and there is nothing visible from the outside. is this a cause for concern?
