Cyst: Most likely an inclusion or sebaceous cyst. These are benign cyst that contain a white sebaceous material similar to that of a black head. These can become infected and present as painful lumps much like the cyst in this picture. Often times gentle pressure may express the material. If the lump is enlarging or becoming tender, have it evaluated.
