Nose bleed is not associated with any neurological event.
If you start feeling sleepy too much.
Or you start having any vision problem.

Head: If the blow was not hard and no loss of consciousness very unlikely you did any injury - give it some time and if it does not improve then seek a consultation with a neurologist - my impression is this will likely improve on its own.

For concussion seek medical care. Seek urgent treatment for loss of consciousness, on-going confusion, seizures, unequal pupils, recurrent vomiting, change in level of consciousness, loss of balance or &gt;

Symptoms?: If you have none of the symptoms of a concussion, altered mental status, confusion, loss of consciousness, try applying an ice pack to the area injured.  Any concussion symptoms be seen at the emergency room.

Unlikely that: you sustained any intra cranial injury if you had no loss of consciousness or any nausea/vomiting in the week following your injury.  Sounds like main injury is outside the skull.  If symptoms are improving, you are probably going to be ok.  See your doctor if symptoms persist.

Without an exam?: I am sure you can understand, but are you serious? There would be no way any of us 'strangers' on the internet could possibly give you any valid medical or scientific opinion.  I wouldn't trust anyone willing to do so either.  You need both an exam of the anatomy (MRI or CT Scan) and a complete neurological evaluation to go together for a real evaluation of any damage you may have sustained.

Yes, : Yes, especially if the cold wind blows down your neck as well.  In acupuncture, we call this pernicious winds.

Associated conditions like head trauma, illicit drug use, or toxic exposure; headache awakens from sleep.
