This could be : IBS-C , IBD or Hemorrhoids. Internal hemorroids bleeds but not painful. See your doctor to get checked if persist.

Depends what you ate: Stool can come in many forms, and constipation signals that you may be dehydrated and not drinking enough fluids, or retaining your bm, and waiting too long to evacuate it. Softer, but firm stool can be because of what you ate or is just normal stool passing. Important to not retain stool too long, as you want to avoid auto-intoxication.

Constipation: Hard stools are due to needing more water and fiber in your diet. They could be due to hypothyroidism but that is usually not found.
Change your diet to add items like oatmeal, salads, 8 glasses of water, fruits and vegetables. Yuck
If you want to fix it easy- go to the pharmacy and ask them for an OTC laxative. Many different types. They are available to try. Follow label directions.

Hard pelletized stoo: Is only caused by not drinking enough fluids and those fluids should be caffeine free/alcohol free fluids. You need 80-100 oz per day, more if you exercise, fly in planes, or take meds that contribute to constipation. Hard stool is constipation.

Constipation: Pushing really hard is not ok. Try to diversify your diet with more fresh fruits and liquid based foods. If it does not work go and see your primary care doctor. Good luck !

: It sounds pretty normal. Humans require fiber for healthy bowel movements. Consider making dietary fiber a regular part of your diet. This doesn't have to come through supplements, minimally processed plant foods (fruit, vegetables, beans, nuts/seeds, whole grains) will suffice.

Constipation: Yes this is the most likely cause.  I would recommend adding some more water to formula meals, increased water is the simplest way to help relieve constipation.  Always keep an eye out for more serious conditions and talk to your doctor if your baby's appetite decreases or if there is vomiting, fever or other concerning symptoms.
