Not a proven therapy: Realy don't know. Probably reflexology charts online?  Unfortunately, there are no double blind placebo controlled studies that indicate any clinical effectiveness of reflexology.

Inflamed joints: Multiple joint aches, particularly bilateral and involving hands and feet can be suggestive of inflammatory joint disease such as rheumatoid arthritis.  Laboratory studies such as sedimentation rate, rheumatoid factor, ANA may be helpful in distinguishing the difference between osteoarthritis and inflammatory joint disease.  Visit a rheumatologist.

Treatment: Toothache can be result of different reasons, you need to see a dentist to find out what causing the pain.  Generally in medicine prevention is the key, a two to three times a year checkups usually find problems before we are in pain which make it easer and less expensive to solve many dental problems.

See your dentist: You may get some relief from taking Ibuprofen or  prescribed medication however you need to find out the source of the pain.  It could be a cavity, an abcess, etc.  See a dentist.

FQHC or d. school: You should get checked out.  Try to see if there's a dental school in your area - lots of times they have free clinics for people in your situation.  Also there are entities called federally qualified health centers that are all throughout the U.S.  These often provide dental services for uninsured people on a "sliding-scale" fee basis.
