In reflexology is there a specific area on the hands or feet that i can massage or manipulate for insomnia?

Not a proven therapy: Realy don't know. Probably reflexology charts online? Unfortunately, there are no double blind placebo controlled studies that indicate any clinical effectiveness of reflexology.

A resource: I'm not a reflexologist, but have studied some tcm & acupuncture. There are several points that can be used in acupressure for insomnia. There is one on the bottom of the foot which can be worked with -- while doing a breathing exercise too. See this link -- the foot point is the last one discussed: http://thesaxenaclinic.Com/self-acupressure-insomnia-quiet-busy-mind/.
