iam cracking may hand allot now i feel pain in my hand if i didnt do it often ,, i tried to exercises  my hand by holding a small ball all the time ??

Knuckle cracking: Although knuckle-cracking has never been shown to cause arthritis, it is possible to strain ligaments when you pull on the fingers so hard.  The cracking sound is from an air bubble that pops.  It is a sign that you pulled too hard.  Excessive hand exercises may just aggravate the soreness.  Leaving your hands alone except for normal activities will eventually reduce pain.

i made trigger release in both hands about a month ago and still have some pain, can i exercise with a sponge ball?

unlyk my right hand, my left hand is weaker. can't grip/hold things tighter. i tried using a stress ball to exercise my hand but i felt numbness. why?

Varies: It would be a little unusual in your age group, but carpal tunnel syndrome can cause weakness in the hand and numbness in the fingers.  Direct pressure in the carpal tunnel, as is probably happening when you squeeze the ball can cause the symptoms if numbness you are describing.  I would not hesitate to be seen.

fell&hurt my wrists7 mths ago.have been doing pt.a wk ago,a small shelf hurt/scratched the back of my right hand.can i still dopt exercises(wrist extensor stretch,wrist flexor strtch,stress ball squeeze,tyler twist,wrist curls,wrist extension curls)?

Yes: A small/superficial injury to the skin of your hand should heal without any issue, even with your wrist exercises.  It sounds like the injury is not over a joint so you should be fine.  Just keep the wound clean (frequent hand washing and keep it covered until it heals or a scab forms) to prevent infection.

22 year old male , my hands cramp up occasionally and left foot , usually don't exercise, can it be als symptoms?  it does not run in my family ?

ALS: Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis is usually in people older than 40.  Usual early symptoms include cramps, fasciculations and often spasticity. The symptoms can start in upper or lower limbs or even speech or swallowing problems.  The condition is rare.  I have seen two cases in twenty years.  I would be more suspicious of  a low potassium or magnesium to cause your symptoms.

You might try 20% or even 35% aluminum chloride, always on completely dry skin. Covering with saran wrap or plastic gloves for a few hours twice a week often makes the antiperspirant more effective. Surgery, pills, botox not to be considered except in rare cases.
