Unlyk my right hand, my left hand is weaker. can't grip/hold things tighter. i tried using a stress ball to exercise my hand but i felt numbness. why?

Varies: It would be a little unusual in your age group, but carpal tunnel syndrome can cause weakness in the hand and numbness in the fingers. Direct pressure in the carpal tunnel, as is probably happening when you squeeze the ball can cause the symptoms if numbness you are describing. I would not hesitate to be seen.
