Lots: Lots but not enough. All jammed fingers should have an x-ray and a good examination. There is often fractures or ligament injuries that are not obvious to the lay persons eye. Delay in treatment ca lead to poor outcomes.

: Your posted question is interesting but likely not one that anyone can answer. I know of no physician in the US that would consider this a worthwhile project &amp; want to be involved. If you want any form of transplant and are not willing to go anti-rejection meds it would never happen. Many finger deformities can be modified by well trained hand surgeons. This would not require those meds.

Eval and treatment: The type and extent of the injury will detemine how.  Usually if sprain,  one will splint, use ice, ibuprofen, elevation and observation.  If more sifnificant and if tissue loss or injury or open wound, this could be more difficult and you would need to see a health care provider and perhaps have an extensive eval and treatment to recover. Yes: There are finger exercises that a hand therapist can teach you to strengthen your fingers, but you should be evaluated by a hand surgeon to make sue there are no correctable injuries.

Carpal tunnel: Use a wrist support which is a over the counter device you can buy. You also can take Aspirin or Aspirin like anti-inflammatory medications with precautions. If they fail, then see pcp.
