Depends on depth: As long as the damage does not extend below the level of the gums and does not extend into the nerve chamber (pulp tissue) of the tooth, a composite bonding is a suitable choice of restorations.  Keep in mind, though, that the larger the filling- the less tooth structure you have to support the filling.  At a certain point, consider a protective crown to protect your tooth and restore your smile.

"scraped" tooth: Did you have braces? Do you scrub your teeth vigorously--the scrape or divot in the tooth may be from some enamel that was removed when the brackets were taken off or from tooth brush abrasion.  Check with your dentist and find out your options.

Missing tooth: That depends on which tooth it is and why it is missing. Really need a little more information, but generally the replacement of teeth can be achieved through making a partial denture which is a removable appliance, a bridge which is crowns hooked together and anchored to adjacent teeth and is cemented in permanently, or the placement of an implant with a crown on top of that. A missing tooth : Doesn't necessarily dictate a special diet. However, if you have a newly extracted tooth - then liquid or soft diet may preferable to you for a day or two. No alcohol. Not hot beverages.

No, you cannot: The force of the rubber band may damage the bony support of the teeth you are trying to move.. Then you will be missing three teeth rather than one. Seek professional care at a local dental office. Not a diy project..
