: "Thalassemia trait" may be associated with mild anemia (tired, weakness, shortness of breath with exercise), and depends on the type of hemoglobin inherited from one parent.  Iron stores should be monitored, as opportunities for red cell production can reduce symptoms, but vigorous iron treatment without utilization of the iron can also cause clinical problems.

Depends on drug: Alcohol will disappear in a matter of hours, thc, cannabis, may be detectable for days.  Urine tests last longer than blood tests and are usually used for drug screening and thc may remain positive for weeks.

Not that I have seen: have not seen any reports of false positives, or heard from any patients with false positives from any antifungal medication of this class.

Phlegm: I doubt that any agency tests phlegm for illicit drugs or that they are detectable in phlegm by the usual means. Heavy use of certain drugs can be detected in urine or hair weeks after one stops using them.

Hair Follicle Test: By testing the hair follicle - cannabis use for approximately the last 3 months can be detected.  The chemical is encased in shaft.

No: Hair follicle tests are not just screening tests. They always have a full confirmation for the exact drug.

Yes: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) will show up as Dextroamphetamine in a hair follicle drug test while Phentermine shows up as methamphetamine. Both are derivatives of amphetamines which has the probability of giving a false positive result. In any case, if you are going to have a drug test, inform them first of your taking prescription drugs so they will be forewarned about any positive results that you might have.

Depends: How long is your hair?  Any hair that was there six months ago will be positive.
