Yes: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) will show up as Dextroamphetamine in a hair follicle drug test while Phentermine shows up as methamphetamine. Both are derivatives of amphetamines which has the probability of giving a false positive result. In any case, if you are going to have a drug test, inform them first of your taking prescription drugs so they will be forewarned about any positive results that you might have.
