Excise it: You can go to a surgeon, either a general or orthopaedic surgeon, and have it excised if it is really bothering you.  Sounds like it is a benign lesion and nothing that has to be excised; however, if it bothers you enough, your next step is to remove it surgically.

i have a swollen lymphnode or lump in my neck, it has been there for over a year, my mri showed it was 2 lymphs stuck together? and i also had an ultra sound taken. my other lymphnodes seem to be popping up on my neck, and my ears are always popping., and

Doctor time: It's impossible to know, without examining you, if the new lymph node swelling are related to the nodes that have been present for a year or are just a normal immune reaction to an ear or upper respiratory infection. It would be a bad idea to ignore this development. Please see your primary care physician to address this problem very soon.

dr felt 1inch lump near spine and 3 smaller lumps in lower pelvis. did not show up on ultrasound or ct scan yet the ones in pelvis continue to grow and i have a new one. what could they be and will they show in mri? i have no uterus/ovaries, aged 41?

: The "lumps" described may be benign lipomas, but to be certain, see a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis.  An MRI is not indicated with the information provided.

See below: A "lump" in the lower abdomen that moves could possibly just be stool in your colon.  But this type of problem needs an exam for the physician to evaluate the area and to obtain a detailed history of this problem.

: Male breast cancer is quite rare but it does occur. The ultrasound will provide data on which the docs can decide if there is any suspicion of cancer. The odds are on your side that it is not but do the study.

had an ultra sound lower abdomen just below c -section scar and results came back stating the lump i felt was fat. could this become cancerous?

No: There are tumors (sarcomas) which are cancers of connective tissue (which is type of tissue, along with fat, that's under your scar).  Lumps under cesraean section scars are usually scars that can take years to dissolve and go away.  The chances of this lump under your cesarean become cancer is very very very close to zero.  Doctor can inject with steroids if causing you pain, but time will heal.

Not Related: Your back pain is not related to your breast issues which are "benign" Upper back pain, however, can be associated with very large breasts (a reason for breast reduction surgery)

This is essential info to help your doctor choose the optimal treatment for you in the context of your preferences. Many treatment options exist: watchful waiting; medications; hystero/laparoscopic myomectomy; Uterine fibroid embolization; focused US.

MRI vs ultra sound: Define what you mean by safe? Both use energy to try to see what is going on. In general US is much safe but much less good at seeing things.
