hello. i've had pms symptoms now for a week and i can't figure out what is wrong. i had sex but he didn't come in me or at all. what do you think?

I don't think: there's cause for alarm as most women of reproductive age go through PMS particularly a week to two weeks before menstrual period. As for the boyfriend not ejaculating could be a totally different factor.

PMS: In general, pms symptoms can change over time.  Also, their pattern may change after an abortion; they may leave for many months or may sometimes be temporarily increased.  Do you miss having them?  For some women they can be old friends.  For others, they are limiting and it's a relief to be free of them.  If very concerned, please ask your own gynecologist about what you've noticed.

periods gone from 28 to now 24 with loads of days spotted i'm unsure when i'm gonna start now and pms is worse wis causing this as all tests normahat?

PMS: If you have Premenstrual syndrome (PMS), the sxs usually occur in the 1 to 2 weeks prior to menstruation.

Test in a few days: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, vaginal spotting, or medications. A test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a negative result may be due to testing too early such as less than 2 weeks after conception.

Hard to guess: DepoProvera works by blocking the release of pituitary gonadotropin hormones that normally keep menstrual cycles regular. Once the Depo's blocking is removed, the normal ovulation cycle should resume (but it's not predictable exactly when). Experts on HealthTap have mentioned 9-18 months as the time range. A urine pregnancy test done 3 weeks after sex and ovulation can check for pregnancy.

Pregnancy test: Obtain a pregnancy test first and foremost, and if negative it may be just a delayed menses from anovulation during that menstrual cycle. Ovulation frequency diminishes after age 30 and sometimes periods  are "delayed" for that reason.

Not PMS: If you have not started your period after two weeks then the symptoms are not from pms. By definition pms symptoms come before your period. Check a pregnancy test.

i have been on pms quetiapine for sleep for two years now i can't sleep without it i don't want to be on pills anymore! what do i do?

Go slow: A gradual reduction in dose over an extended time will increase the likelyhood of successful discontinuation. Abrupt discontinuation will likely prodece rebound insomnia.
