i have a shooting pain sporadic ( every hour one jab) in the ovarian / appendix area. should i go to er?

Probably not needed: to go to the ER for this unless the pain is so bad that it doubles you over and you can't function.  But it is a good idea to be seen for this.  Are you in the middle of your menstral cycle?  Sometimes women have Mittelschmerz pain on one side in the middle part of your cycle when you are ovulating.  If the pain increases in severity over 2-3 days then be seen sooner rather than later.

2-3 weeks: After the appendectomy the recovery time 2-3 weeks and you can usually return to normal activities. If done with laparoscopy technique, the recovery time is much shorter.

Variable due to you: This procedure is done and the circumstances are different depending on the surgeon and the hospital. It takes a while to recover but need to give it 6 weeks but again depends on your surgeon. Feeling: It is hard to know what you are actually feeling. However if you have fever, pain or  cardiorespiratory symptoms call the surgeon

i had my appendix removed on may 31, on june 1 i started my menstral and instead of my normal 7 days it last 9. now i'm 8 days late on this menstral ?

Any significant: TRAUMA can affect your menstrual cycle...heavier flow and irregularity NOT uncommon!  Give yourself a few months to re-normalize!  I am assuming PREGNANCY NOT A FACTOR if it IS...do a pregnancy test NOW!

Appendectomy: By itself is not a common cause of diarrhea.  Your surgeon should look for another cause such as infections.  Consult with him regarding you diarrhea for specific advice on what to do.

Accepted Answer

Not usually: Penile pain after an appendectomy is not common.  If you had a Foley catheter during the procedure, you may have some irritation from that .  A urinary tract infection is also a possibility.  I would recommend a visit with your doctor for a urinalysis.

my son had his appendix removed laproscopicly on june 20th 2017 since his cooperation he has lost weight he has gone from 115 lbs to 98 lbs. normal?

I don't think so.: He should have gained back a good bit of his weight by now. If his appetite has decreased then there is a reason why. An occult infection or inflammation would be a consideration, although being so far out from his surgery would make this less likely. He should have further evaluation by his primary care physician to determine the cause.
