i had a medical abirtion 6 months ago..is it possible for a most experienced gynec to find out if i terminated my pregnancy or i was ever pregnant?

No: Once you have completely recovered from the termination there is no way to tell with certainty that it ever happened. Sometimes there could be a suspicion but nothing can be proven if you don't admit to it. However, it is not a good idea to hide medical information because you cannot be certain that it will never be important.

5 failed iui attempts of wife. wht could be wrong? should we go for ivf or continue with iui? gynec say everything is in order though. please help.

Specialist: Most specialist would recommend moving on to other treatment options after 5 IUI attemps. It may be worth scheduling a visit for a second opinion. These decisions are best made one on one.

One tablet daily: Cardiprin  contains Aspirin ,this is to prevent blood clots. Continue taking as your doctor advises.

Soon: A good time for the first OB visit is around 10 weeks.  By that time there will be a fetal heart beating and the pregnancy can be easily confirmed.

hi, im 32 weeks pregnant and my amniotic fluid index is 18 with normal levels of diabetes my gynec did not suggested me any medication for it are there any chances of increase in the index again please help me im worried?

post my normal delivery, i am seeing worms in my vagina while pregnant also i got it once, after using antibiotics it went away. now after 6 months of postpartum got it again. i checked with gynec, she gave me bendex. i see worms again. y?

: Completely eradicating worms may require multiple courses of medication. Follow up with your Dr to see what you should do next. Your Dr may choose to give you another dose of the same medication or start a new medication. Keep following up until the infection is gone.

i am hypothyroid, at 5 weeks tsh 1.7 was on 75 mcg eltroxin.7 weeks pregnant and now tsh is 6.04 gynec put me on 100 mcg. is that too much or too less?

May not be enough.: Consult with a maternal-fetal medicine specialist and an endocrinologist asap to become euthyroid - your baby's brain depends on it!

self breast exam, there is yellow and milky discharge from my right breast only when squeezed. there is sometimes shooting pain in both breast (more in right one). gynec. found no lump upon physical exam. what could this be? pain mild and not persist?

: I can't help but wonder if nipple stimulation is causing the nipple discharge.  Certainly, monthly self-exam and professional exam once or twice a year are sound measures,  If no lump was found by either examiner, this reassuring.  If trust is an issue, get a second opinion.  If symptoms persist, a mammogram may be warranted.

Yes: Typically, if you are post menopause, a DEXA scan is a good idea - to identify thin bones (osteopenia or osteoporosis). Since this is considered a silent disease, you need a study to identify it.  Additionally it is more prevalent in women.  As such, many gyn's will order one for you - either in their office or elsewhere.

Warble ?: Warble ( larval stage of botfly) usually  infects rodents or rabbits.  May wish to obtain veterinary input for this issue. Take care.
