Now: Once you confirm pregnancy or even think you are pregnant, you should see an obgyn immediately. The quicker you see a doctor and establish prenatal care, the more likely your pregnancy will be healthy. Getting your labs drawn, discussing any medical issues that may complicate your pregnancy, and getting an early sonogram are all important things to do early in pregnancy.
