The : The different symptoms described are not typical, and i would advise that you be medically evaluated.  Any tingling/numbness must always be considered a warning sign for neurological (nervous system) problems and must be taken seriously.  Having an "aura", with strange smells or the feeling you are getting of a weird taste in your mouth can also be concerning for neurological problems, as can the vision change.  I would advise that you be medically evaluated for these symptoms.  When you see a physician, it will be important to tell your entire health history, any family history of medical problems, and any other recent symptoms that you notice.

Don't understand: Don't understand your question.  Are you asking if it's ok to engage in extreme physical activity right after surgery?  Not wise.  Call the dentist or periodontist that did the graft for specific instructions.

Gum graft: Pain is a sign you need to see your doctor. Go back to your surgeon and let them check the area to be sure all is well with the graft and the donor site.

Nerve irritation: It is possible that there is swelling and inflammation that is causing pressure on a nerve causing the symptoms.  You should see your doctor to make sure there is no abscess starting.

Local Anethesia: Usually local dental anesthesia lasts between 1 1/2 - 2 hours. There are both shorter acting ones and longer acting ones. The exact length of time will depend on with local anesthetic is used, how much is used, and your own bodies ability to metabolize the anesthetic. It is not the same for every person.
