Stop smoking: Brown discoloration to the teeth around the gum line can be caused from staining by smoking and consumption of carbonated beverages, tea and coffee. Medications you are taking and some food can cause tooth stains as well.
Stop smoking. Get a dental check and thorough cleaning. Any areas that look concerning can be biopsied.

Check-ups: Sore gums can be a sign from gingivitis to trauma from food to other pathology's that need more investigation.  It's important that you go to your doctor for regular check-ups and let them know when you have sensitive gums to diagnose properly.

Not likely: First, no diagnosis can be made online, if you have a history of smoking and are concerned about a lesion its best to see a doctor for an evaluation. Aside from that, a painless, flat, non changing spot on the gums that is adjacent to a metal filling may be nothing to worry about (amalgam tattoo). There are other lesions that can appear as grey spots that could be more serious if changing in size.

Very different: Bulimia is the regurgitation of stomach contents (acid). The acid is powerful and can cause dissolving of the teeth if the bulimia is a regular occurence.
Mouth cancer is very different. It is characterized by: a mass in the mouth; an ulcer on the oral tissue; a discolored area of the tissue, etc. 
A consultation with a dentist or oral surgeon is needed to more fully assess.

No: That could be an abscess forming from a decayed tooth that got infected , see a dentist for treatment , usually be either taking that tooth out or having root canal treatment done to preserve the tooth and restore it.

i heard that semen will make your gums not have gum disease but all it does is make my gums numb.am i giving myself gum cancer becuase it smells weird?

Bizarre : Semen has no effect on you and gum disease.  Periodontal(gum) disease is dependent on oral hygiene(brushing , flossing, mouthwash), diet, habits, and general health. A healthy mouth is unlikely to develop cancer. The smell or odor can be from poor gums, what you ate, germs on tongue, nose and throat, etc.

Probably not: Can’t tell without looking but white patches on your gums and both sides of your mouth sounds more like fungus infection (thrush). Cancer at age 18 would be VERY unusual.

See your primary care doc (or dentist) for Dx and Rx.

Don't Ignore: Probably not cancer, however it is not good to ignore.   See your Dentist to determine the exact situation and the treatment course to take.  There will most likely be some things that you will be directed to do at home over the next few weeks - this is important to do.

Probably: In a city the size of richmond, va there should be resources to assist you in getting the treatment you need either free or at greatly reduced prices. Start with your local health department since some have dental clinics there.  Also, your oncologist may be aware of dentists or dental clinics where services are provided on a "sliding scale" based on ability to pay.
