Urinary tract: All sounds like an issue with urinary tract except the calf soreness.  With history of enlarged prostate I would first assume you are having an issue with your prostrate, such as an infection.  Prostate can cause groin and back pain.  Have your urine checked and see your MD.

See your doctor: It could be your ligaments stretching.  This does happen in order to accomodate the baby's passage through the vaginal canal.  But you should get evaluated by your doctor.

Maybe: If only occurred one time and then dissapear i would not worry about it, however is you get groin pain in a continuos basis that could indicate pathology of your hip joint and in that case should cosult a physician.

Hernia: You should be checked for an inguinal (groin) hernia.  If a hernia is found, the best treatment is surgery.  Without surgery it will get worse over time.  Good luck!

Probably not: Neither of these would cause pain in the groin. If it&#x27;s severe or doesn&#x27;t clear up soon, see your doctor about other causes. Although BV can be a difficult problem, persistent or recurrent vaginal yeast should be easy to control. A single dose of fluconazole (Diflucan®) by mouth usually is effective. And vaginal boric acid often is effective to prevent and treat both yeast and BV. Discuss w/ doc.

Likely Hip arthritis: It is very possible that you are having arthritis in your hip joint with typical symptom of deep groin area pain, at times radiating down to the inside of knee area. Often stiff in am and pain can worsen with prolonged standing/walking.  Since you have had this for 4 months now, consult doc for eval. In the meantime, motrin/aleve may help the pain. Consult doc. Good luck.

Hmm..: Call your doc! there are a few complications (adjacent segment degeneration, psoas hematoma) that could explain this even though its probably just a hip strain.

Could be Hip or...: Pain laterally & upper thigh where you would think of your hip joint being can be bursitis of the hip. Aching deep groin pain can be a pblm w/ the ball & socket of the hip joint on that side. You would also think of a lower abdomen/groin hernia, or a strained muscle with an attachment in the groin, of which there are many. Start w a physical exam (hernia) and progress to xray of the pelvis/hip.

i had a slipped disc 8 weeks ago so had pain around hips/groin although its settled down i am again having hip and fight groin pain is this ovain canc?

Ovarian Cancer?: Were you asking about ovarian cancer?  I would not jump to that conclusion. If your pain from your injury is increasing again and not coming under control with whatever steps were previously advised - consider reassessment by your physician.

i am having severe groin pain on my right leg that goes down to my knee.  i can't get my leg up to get my socks on or in my car etc.  it's extremely p?

I would be concerned: About a deep hip issue such as a landslide tear or femoral head issue such as arthritis or AVN. I would see and ortho doc and get a hip X-ray to rule out the bad stuff. If it is normal may need to look at tendons and nerve issues
