Im struggling with groin pain on my right side for about 4 months or so it comes and goes .have no pain in the moring but as the day goes by start getting this pain im my groin an goes down to my knee

Hernia: You should be checked for an inguinal (groin) hernia. If a hernia is found, the best treatment is surgery. Without surgery it will get worse over time. Good luck!

Pain: If you hav e no palpable lumps then it is probably myofascial and will respond to hot moist compresses and an anti inflammatory such as Aleeve or Ibuprofen.Good Luck

Never ignore: chronic groin pain. You must be examined and tested. You may need a scrotal or testicular ultrasound. Get examined asap.
