Pulled muscle healin: It seems to be getting better.For pain you can take some nonsteroidal anti inflammatory over the counter meds like aleve (naproxen) or Ibuprofen if you are not allergic to it and it will get better soon.

Muscle Mania: The mechanism of potential injury plays an important roll in the subsequent management.  Without a better understanding of the nature of the injury it is impossible to recommend management other than to say ice is always a good starting point for acute swelling due to an injury.  Protect the skin against frostbite and if persistent disability seek an examination.

See Doctor: This problem could be a recurring infection or inflammation of a tendon or muscle. A primary care doctor would be the best first place to start to evaluate the symptoms and give you a good idea what to do next.

Pulled Muscle: If the pulled muscle is no longer swelling and irritated, you want to gently start using it again.  Build back to where you were before.  Don't push through pain and keep it stretched out every day.

Forearm injury exam: I'm unsure as to what those knots are. They could be blood collections under the skin(hematomas). Absence of swelling is somewhat reassuring against the presence of a fracture. Sprain and contusions may be the extent of the injury, but I recommend an examination by a physician. An xray may be ordered depending upon the exam findings.

Still normal: Bruises from surgery may last a few weeks. Watch for the bruise to shift colors from typical black and blue to yellow, red and green colors near the edges. This should assure you the blood that leaked into the soft tissues is being dissolved and absorbed with time.  You can use alternating heat and cold therapy to help dissolve it. 5 min. Ice and 5 min. Hot moist towel  for 3 cycles- do 3 x a day.

You : You have had head trauma and now have neurological symptoms. You should get to a doctor as soon as possible. The shoulder symptoms may be related to an orthopedic issue. Both should be evaluated.

Need more info: If it is local swelling and pain, hot compresses amy help. Ibuprofen or another non-steroidal anti inflammatory may help. If there is any redness or pain to touch, you should have your physician look at the site.
