any idea how to get rid of fungus under a toe nail, its on my big toe and its turning the bait bed yellow/green. it does hurt a little and has pus from time to time?

Difficult condition : You were doing fine with your description until you said”pus” was present “time to time.”   Some fungus do present with an exudate but more serous  or clear in color.   If fungus is within the nail plate, resolving is more difficult.  Many prescription and over-the-counter products are available. I am not aware of one product better than the other. Seek help of podiatrist if assistances required

what does it mean if your constipated and your stool comes out green like fungus? i've been to the doctor many times too. please help!

Green stool: Occasional green stool color is normal, usually due to passage through the digestive tract with some degree of rapidity such that bile is incompletely metabolized (which contributes the brown color).  Diet high in leafy greens can also cause this.  Or iron supplementation.  No association between green color and fungus.

a small blue-green circular spot underneath my toenail, in the middle. i discovered it when i removed my polish. i also have vaginal candida. fungus?

Maybe: The two aren't related, however.  Which is to say, that the candida in your vagina is albicans (most typically) and the candida (if that's what it is) on your toenail would be a different species of candida. Unless you have diabetes or some other medical condition that puts you at risk for getting candida in multiple areas of the body at the same time, the 2 aren't related. There is cream for toe!

Nothing?????: Really? Derm. must have said SOMETHING!!! You do not give enough information. The exam by the DR is the important thing. If the person is older than puberty scalp fungus is not likely. If there no scabs, scales, hairless spots, etc., culture is not indicated. A culture is usually of interest after it is already determined that there is infection, just to identify which fungus.

Need immediate rx: You might need both antibiotic and removal of infected tooth/tissue after inflammation subsides you need to see your doctor immediately.

Yes, it can: It's called palatal petechiae and caused by repeated coughing, sneezing. In addition, palatal petechia may be caused by suction. For example, if you have sinus infection or seasonal allergies and an "itchy throat" clicks the palate against the tongue, petechiae are formed as a result of the suction.
Rec. Check with your pcp or dentist for the detailed investigation.

Probably: But most likely by becoming an ex-smoker and allowing the chronic irritation to subside.
