There are many: If you are a teen you are at a great time in your life:your metabolism is optimal and you should be a the best overall health . There are so many options. For exercise find something that you enjoy(dancing, zumba, swimming, vollyball, etc). For diet all you may have to do is avoid the junck food and sodas.

It's possible that some supportive highly skilled talk therapy could help you find ways to optimize your life at this passage phase. BP and P readings: The readings were not ridiculous by any means but you can get a home BP/pulse monitor and check in a more relaxed atmosphere.  Even if was truly elevated one reading does not a diagnosis make.  If with the home monitor you are persistently elevated then see your doc.

I don't know.: There are some people who are "self-defeating". They sometimes feel guilty or as if they should be punished if positives occur in their life. Google self-defeating and see if any of it fits. Take care.

Adderall s/e?: Did your dose change so that you're more comfortable? Increased blood pressure and rapid heart rate (which can feel like anxiety) are possible side effects of Adderall that should be reported to prescribing doc and evaluated. Lowering dose and/or changing timing of when dose is given can lessen these s/e. Glad you're feeling better.

Fun food: Depending on the age of the child, you can get them interested in cooking and food preparation. Show them how to mix ingredients in a bowl. Older children can cut up vegetables and other ingredients. Gradually, involve them in the actual cooking, with close supervision. Also, you can sneak vegetable puree into various foods- ie. Pureed squash goes well in macaroni and cheese. They'll never know!

No. : Alcohol will strip away all of the natural oils that you do need and dry out your skin too much. Not only will you have dry and flaky skin, but usually it becomes oily as a result of trying to replace what is lost. Try a more gentle astringent or toner.
