Undescended Testicle: Undescended testicles are associated with certain  cancers and some genetic abnormalities. That is why the pediatric urology is investigating the karyotype and has scheduled the laparoscopy.

Need more info: Yes, TB could give you chronic flank pain, but the cause is up to the urologist to determine.  Often, the radiologic findings are fairly typical when you have renal tb, but there are a variety of other steps that can be taken.  Might be helpful to see an id doctor along with the urologist.

Enuresis: There are numerous medical and behavioral approachs to dealing with bedwetting. Since I do not know what you have already tried I cannot advice you. A urologist would not be a bad start. You can always check the net at www.mayoclinic.com amd www.johnshopkins.com.

Ejaculation: Function will be tested with a detailed history. Then a semen analysis to check volume and semen quality. Your physician may have you do this several times. Lastly a cystoscopy or xray series may be done with contrast.

Suprapubic tube: A suprapubic tube is placed between the pubic bone and the belly button.  It is a procedure which can be performed as an outpatient with general anesthesia and sometimes local with iv sedation.  You need a suprapubic tube if you cannot urinate normally and some prefer this instead of catheter in the urethra

SEE REMARK: We order PSA when we suspect prostate cancer.It is a fair test,It is not very reliable,but we don't have any better blood test

See your FP first: Your pcp can do a prostate exam, have you pee in a cup, and diagnose whether this is or is not prostatitis. If it is prostatitis, you may need a month of antibiotics and a recheck visit or even a repeat course of antibiotics. If you have continued trouble, then you may need the specialty care of a urologist.
