No: There is no reason to avoid gluten in the absence of celiac and intolerance.  In fact, gluten-free food is likely less healthy for you since it usually contains more fat or sugar in order to make up for the absence of gluten which makes the dough chewy and moist.

Eye or brain: Changes in vision can result from disorders affecting the eye, the optic nerve, or the brain.  Important in distinguishing between these is whether the change occurs only in one eye, or both eyes.  This helps to localize the problem.

Migraines, for example, can present with visual changes and headaches.    Other neurological symptoms need to be described in more detail to know it might represent.

Many things: If we discount environmental changes,  causes may include:  excessive lip licking, medications, age, decreased saliva production (xerostomia), decreased water intake  and dry skin tendencies.  Also the use of drying agents near or around the lips eg alcohol, astringents, acne medications, colognes to name a few could be the culprit. If  lip balms have not helped, see your doctor.

Maybe, but: unlikely, any drug can cause rash as a side effect, however not a known side effect for victoza. We don't know what type of skin break-out you have, physical exam is necessary, kindly see your doctor for assessment / possible referral to a dermatologist, best wishes

Problem digesting: Problem digesting is a very vague term. If you can be more specific with your symptoms. Do you feel reflux, or nausea, or lose stools, or bloating, excessive gas. As varied as the symptoms can be the reasons can be diverse as well from inflammation of the stomach to gall bladder problems, pancreas issues or irritable bowels. Usually a health diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep helps.
