How do you feel?: Reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either end. If you feel okay, I would not give this another thought.

Insufficient info: There are many components in the fraction called globulin and you need serum protein electrophoresis and may be immunofixation to resolve the identity of the protein that is increased.

Hemoglobin: no but this is relative to the test method. if she was tested in an office I would not worry. if a hospital lab test was done then look at the norm for her age.

Fatigue: You may have some type of chronic fatigue syndrome, and there are many possibilities.  The blood test does not diagnosis the problem.  You need to continue to see your doctor for more evaluations to determine the cause of your fatigue and treat you as necessary.

: We tend not to concern when total protein is high but the components are not deviating too much from the normal range. If both albumin and globulin levels are high but the ratio A/G is 1.2 or above, you should be fine. The contraction of your intravascular volume can increase the total protein and its respective components. I often see that pattern when serum sodium is higher than 142.
