Not all brain tumors: ...are glioblastomas. Glioblastoma multiforme is a high grade astrocytoma (or glioma). Astrocytoma said can also be low or intermediate grade depending on how they look under the microscope and their pattern and rate of growth. There are other types of brain tumors, such as mesotheliomas, which are not glial tumors.

Division: We have a finite number of neurons as an adult- they don't divide. Possibly that's why only dividing cells become tumors- glial cells. As divisions occur mutations occur and a cancer forms.

Has she seen a doc?: I am not sure I understand your question fully.  When you say "she makes a lot of treatments", do you mean she treats herself with teas and herbs?  If she has not seen a doctor, she needs to see one right away!  Not possible to say how to treat something if we do not know what that something is.  Could be a benign tumor curable with surgery or a much more serious condition.  Best to both.

Ent or plastics: Facial nerve damage can be managed and treated with a few differe NT options depending on what caused the damage.  Since often it causes facial drooping on the affected side it can result in difficulty eating without ability to completely close that side of your mouth as well as dry eyes without the ability to close that sides eye. Weights can b sutured into eyelid and plastics can improve looks.

Salivary tumor: Most CT scans of the face, head and neck will cover the area where the major salivary glands are located.  You have 3 pair of major salivary glands: the parotid (just in front of the ear), the submandibular (under the jaw) and the sublingual (under the tongue).  A facial CT protocol would typically cover all of the areas mentioned.  If you want to be sure, ask the CT technician doing your scan.

No tumor: When standing,  especially from lying down the blood flow dynamics to the heart and head and neck region change.  The description of a similar effect with mild straining on the toilet is known as the Valsalva maneuver.
Return of systemic blood to the heart is impeded by the pressure inside the chest. The output of the heart is reduced and stroke volume falls. This occurs from 5 to about 14 seconds
