If this doesn't pertain to you &amp; you're not circumcised then be extra vigilant about good hygiene of the glans &amp; under the foreskin. If you haven't been examined by a urologist, consult one for evaluation and advice.

Screening for GDM is usually done in gestational weeks 24-28 with the purpose of intervening to get good glucose control until term delivery. Talk with your OB ASAP about lifestyle modification and goals!

Can't happen: The dosage on these things is limited. You'd be aware of being imaged for an excessively (ridiculously) long time. And you'd get radiation sickness or a radiation burn at once if you were given a dose likely to cause cancer years later. "Pop" claims about medical imaging causing large numbers of cancers are based -- in my informed opinion -- on flawed assumptions. Best wishes.

Exercise!: Nice & easy, no rush. Rome wasn't built in a day. Talk to your family physician to make sure you're healthy enough to start exercising. Then start off with just a bit, heck, even 30 seconds or a walk around your house is more than most. Then do 1 minute or walk twice around house tomorrow.  And 2 minutes or 3 times around the following day. You get the idea. Do more & more as tolerated. Good luck!
