this is only a general question which obviously lacks detail. if someone has a mild prostatomegaly, a bladder outlet obstruction & trabeculated bladder, is it sometimes true that an operation on the pros gland helps the trab bladder return to normal?

Near normal: Relieving the obstruction will help in restoring urine flow and some of the changes in the bladder. It is not likely that everything will go back to normal.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

do women without labia minora skin, do they also lack the gland tissue? the gland skin and the minora skin are connected. thank you?

: Woman without labia minora still have normal sexual function due to the presence of a normal clitoris, clitoral hood and vagina. Of course menopausal atrophy of labia and clitoris will affect sexual function.

my wife had hysterscopy and d&c. the report is as follows:  the epithelium lining the glands does not show any atypia. proliferative phase endometrium?

Normal: That is a normal report, at least of the sample that they received.  Discuss with the gyn for the complete information.

my aunt has been diagnosed with thyroid gland enlarged due to lack of iodine. doc said to wait for 6months before doing the surgery.wht food r good?

Salt and bread: Unless you like outside the us and in one of a very few countries, it is difficult to become iodine deficient. Leafy vegetables, iodized salt, multivitamins w/iodine, and bread (as long as it's mass produced in a factory) are all sources of iodine. Thyroid hormone can also shrink the thyroid. For many (or even most) people, proper treatment should eliminate the need for surgery which has risks.

man, 28yo. swollen gland in left cheek (next to ear). this only happen when very tired and lack of sleep, last time happen 6 mo ago. any advise ?

Stress : Won't do any good to the body. Working hard and lack of sleep can affect health adversely. There's a possibilty you may be grinding your teeth. Do you still have your wisdom tooth? The parotid gland is also in the same location. See you dentist so you can have a definitive diagnosis. Goodluck :)!

No: Humans must have adrenal hormones for life. Bilateral adrenalectomy will lead to death if replacement hormones are not given. However, if extreme stress lead to adrenal failure, every air force and navy  fighter pilot and every astronaut and cosmonaut in the the world would require adrenal hormone replacement!

Sounds like you're: dealing with a newborn and maybe have some physical sx's that an MD should evaluate.   Also sounds like you're getting run down.   Any help with baby duties?   What happens when you have some down time? Or, is that out of the question?   Do you have a partner?   Can you express milk and have the partner administer and you rest?   How's your nutrition?   Too many ?'s.   See the MD first.

Those who have 10 or more dysplastic moles are 12 times as likely to develop melanoma as the general population.  Under the microscope they are graded mild, moderate or severe cytologic atypia. They also have architectural atypia.
