how accurate are sonogram at 12 weeks?

Within a week: An adequate 12 week ultrasound should be accurate to within 7 days.

i have a 12 weeks baby girl, shes taking a bottle since birth. i also use a pacifier. this days shes refusing to take her bottle, she can go up to 6 hours without feeding. is there something wrong with her. should i take her to her pediatrician?

Infant feeding: You should discuss this with the pediatrician. Feeding every six hours may not be adequate for that age.

my baby girl weighs around 4.9kg, is 12 weeks and 2 days, other time i gave her 120ml of expressed breast milk and she spit what looked like half while burping her. normally i give her 80-100ml  but she later sucks on her hands. how much is good enou?

120 ml should be ok: Did baby seem happy after the spit up?  If so I would not worry about the spit up unless it is hurting the baby.  Most baby that size should be able to take 120 mls easily.  It probably just looks like the baby spit up 1/2 the bottle because spit up always looks like more than it is.  If baby was hungry after spitting up than baby needs to be checked for Gerd or pyloric stenosis

i am having issues dealing with the wrong gender identification. one of the radiologists determined my baby was a boy at 16weeks, 6days. another radiologist determined it was a girl at 22weeks. who should i believe? i have images from both sonograms.

Dilemma: Understandably, you would like to know the gender of your child. However, you must also understand that sonogram images are evaluated by radiologists who will interpret the images as they see them. Obviously, one of them is correct. On a personal note, does it really matter? Be thankful for a healthy child with no issues,  be a great mom, and enjoy the journey!

my sonogram says 15.4 cm but im 28 weeks what does mean is my baby small or big im having a girl.

Nothing: The measurement is significant depending on what is being measured.  Otherwise it is not useful.

is it possible to mistake an 18 wk girl sonogram for a boy if there was not a clear shot?

Of course: We all have stories of sonograms that were not correct.  Most of the time the sonographer is able to determine the sex of the baby, but be prepared.  Congratulations!

i am 12 weeks 2 days pregnant. i have an appointment next thurs (12/11) for nt testing and ultrasound. will i be able to find out the sex? thanks

Maybe: if baby is real cooperative and ultrasonographer is lucky you may be able to see, but that early it is hard.  It is easier to see at 16-22 weeks. Have fun seeing your baby.

12 weeks: 12 weeks is still early for a formal anatomic scan, so this isn't necessarily cause for alarm. In a general OB office the techs' skills with early ultrasound also vary alot. At 15-16 weeks in a perinatal specialty office, not seeing kidneys is very serious.

It's an estimate.: Re: your last question, if you're SURE your LMP was Mar. 5, 2014, we can estimate that conception was on Mar 19. Re: your ultrasound, it is important to understand that the age of your fetus is obtained by taking measurements. An example would be femur length. When these measurements are collated, an estimated fetal age can be obtained and it may vary from your dates.

i am 13 wks pregnant - had an ultrasound at 11 wks and baby had a htbt  of 171. at 12 weeks heard htbt on doppler 165. when can i stop worrying?

As a parent,: you will probably never stop worrying about your child!   However,  your baby's heart rates are in the normal range, so there is no need to be concerned in that department.
