ABC's: Airway, breathing, circulation.  These are the tenets of "in the field" first aid.  They establish an airway (can be basic or actual endotracheal tube), breathing (mouth to mouth or bag/mask ventilation can also give oxygen) and (circulation: chest compressions)... That is generally all that is at their disposal.

There's : There's really no other way to do it safely without putting your life at risk.  If you don't feel comfortable talking to your doctor, you should call your local planned parenthood to discuss your options.  I attached a website with all of the addresses and numbers of the planned parenthoods in texas.  The sooner you do it, the more options you will have, so call as soon as you can.

: Probiotics may help with bloating, they should not cause weight loss otherwise. Would suggest caution in self treating and making sure your primary care doc and/ or kidney doc are aware of your issues and supplements you are using.

Improve: Stretch marks are permanent changes to the skin from rapid expansion either due to rapid growth or weight gain. We don't have anything to get rid of them but the initial redness will usually fade over time. For chronic stretch marks some improvement has been seen with needling and fractionated laser resurfacing. Best Wishes!
