i have lupus (on plaquenil only) and just tested positive for covid. so far have had nearly all the symptoms and am run down.  intermittent terrible headaches (entire head) but am on plavix for a stent. when should i be concerned about the headaches?

Comments: COVID-19 can be associated with bad headaches, lasting literally for weeks.  If intermittent, seems to be the usual pattern, but if becomes constant or associated with visual loss, nausea and vomiting, high fever, imbalance, you need to contact your doctor.  Of significance, Plaquenil was thought initially to be of value for viral control, and the Plavix should protect against added problems.

i am feeling kind of a dull but yet sharp pain on top of my head in the same spot it comes and goes and i kinda feel pressure like behind my eyes like sinus pressure . i am on plavix and xarelto i had a stent put in leg 10 days ago?

Soft scar: The ear piercing involves a puncture through the skin on top and behind the ear lobe as well as the fat in between. This closure makes thick, hard scar. One can massage the scar tissue and try to soften it more quickly. The repiercing could be sooner than six months with such attention.  Once the soft tissue feels supple, one can then mark the ear lobe  to achieve symmetry for the new piercing.

Always risk: There is always risks with any procedure. The common ones would be pain and bleeding , infection, not centered puncture.
If you are not piercing the lobe but the cartilage areas be very careful because an infection in tht area is difficult to treat.

Not recommended: Not sure what you're asking, whether ice will pierce the nasal septum, or whether it can help numb it for piercing. Either way, because the nasal septum is made of cartilage (unlike the earlobe, which is just skin), and because the nose is loaded with bacteria (unlike the outer ear), there is much higher risk of complications. Maybe you can find a safer way to express your individuality.

Cysts: I wounder if you may be mistaken pus for something else. Sometimes retention cysts express white thick stuff commonly mistaken for pus. I doubt infection 10 years after ear piercing and on both sides at the same time. Have a doc look at you.

3 months or 13 years: Children grow up just fine without getting their ears pierced.  Earrings snag on things.  Earrings come off and become a choking hazard.  If parents feel they need pierce their baby's ears, wait at least until the baby is 3 months old.  Otherwise, children can get their ears pierced when they become teenagers, a time when they start learning more about personal grooming and cosmetics.

can i get meningitis from getting ears pierced?

Unlikely: The risk of getting meningitis would be very low from ear piercing. Make sure you get it done at a reputable and clean place.
