I had my ears pierced, and i want to get my septum pierced, would ice on it work?

Not recommended: Not sure what you're asking, whether ice will pierce the nasal septum, or whether it can help numb it for piercing. Either way, because the nasal septum is made of cartilage (unlike the earlobe, which is just skin), and because the nose is loaded with bacteria (unlike the outer ear), there is much higher risk of complications. Maybe you can find a safer way to express your individuality.

Septal piercing: DON'T DO IT. It isn't worth it. It puts you at risk for infections and discomfort.
