No. Yes.: It is not normal for normal people to get severe panic attacks. Often, panic attacks are triggered by some psychologically stressful event. That said, when a person has a panic attack, it would be normal to get pale, lightheaded, and sometimes vomit. Thus, it is important for such a patient to see her primary care provider to get a diagnosis and treatment. There are some good medications for this.

Find the Cause: You should seek the cause of the urge to vomit and resolve it.  Is it a smell?, is it a visual? Is it stress?  Once you identify the cause the answer may present itself. If it is the stress on the job that makes you feel this way then you should talk to your supervisor to see if you can resolve it.  If that is not possible you may need to seek a new job asap.

: I would suggest you see a GI doctor and possibly have upper endoscopy done. Your descriptions sound like a hiatal hernia, or perhaps an ulcer in the lower esophagus or upper stomach. This can be approached by more than one diagnostic regimen, may need to use your GO to get the referral for the GI doctor

Migraine?: You may have migraine absent a history of head injury.  In either case, you need to consult a neurologist promptly.   Migraine  starting in someone at your age is troublesome.

Problems that interfere with routine activities like shopping or driving are serious, and should be evaluated and treated by a medical doctor.

Whenever someone has a problem that could affect their ability to drive, they should stop driving until their doctor tells them they can start again.

Hormonal treatments such as birth control pills, Progesterone treatments and the Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud are effective reversible treatments that will help many people. There is also a drug called Lysteda that contains no hormones which will help others.

Still effective: After multiple vomiting episodes prescribing antiemetic medications, especially prescription ones, is definitely worthwhile. If these prove ineffective, hospitalization for IV fluid administration is mandatory to avoid or treat dehydration and other potential serious issues like electrolyte imbalance, kidney failure, etc.

LERD & Dysphagia: Exposure of the vocal cords to stomach acid & pepsin will result in inflammation of the vocal cords (as is also often seen with acid regurgitation) = lerd. Acute laryngitis may result, but watch out for chronic hoarseness, throat clearing, airway spasms, bronchitis, an asthma-type presentation, & even a higher risk of throat cancer. Dysphagia with gerd requires evaluation--please get checked.

been diagnosed with swine flu 2days ago already had civid test then blood test that said swine flu. i have started with nausea yesterday after and last night stared vomiting i cant get any fluids in the. its out ehat can i di as valoid is not work?

Influenza:  Sorry to hear that you have this form of influenza.  If you can't hold down fluids and become significantly dehydrated, you may require intravenous hydration.
