I would suggest you see a GI doctor and possibly have upper endoscopy done. Your descriptions sound like a hiatal hernia, or perhaps an ulcer in the lower esophagus or upper stomach. This can be approached by more than one diagnostic regimen, may need to use your GO to get the referral for the GI doctor

I heartily agree with consulting a gastroenterologist. One possible cause of your symptoms is pylorospasm where the sphincter at the outlet of your stomach develops spasm causing severe vomiting. This diagnosis may require the collaboration of a gastroenterologist and a radiologist to perform testing. Pylorospasm in adults often requires a surgical treatment.
