Likely safe: I am not familiar with the product omega XL..I suspect it has to do with omega 3 supplementation.   I wouldn't expect any clinically significant interactions with omega 3 fatty acids and the above regimen.

Crestor (rosuvastatin) is better: Crestor (rosuvastatin) is a statin. Statins are the only cholesterol drugs that have been clearly shown to reduce mortality - that is, to save lives. While Zetia does lower cholesterol, there is to date no convincing evidence that it saves lives.
